Having been at Elkanah for many years, I am so proud of the environment that we have created at Elkanah Blouberg and the learning that we see happen every day. I believe that it's important to create a space that nurtures and encourages curiosity and exploration. We all learn best when we are happy and safe and there is much value in directed play and that's what we strive to do. The strong foundation that we provide here, is the base that has carried so many of our very successful students. 

I am married and we have two adult daughters who we love to spend time with. We are all very active and love to be surrounded by nature. I grew up in Zimbabwe but I've spent most of my life in Cape Town. Teaching young children has always been my passion and I love being surrounded by the happy sounds of children.
