Library

Knowledge is power, and the Library at Elkanah House equips students with access to resources to suit all their research and investigative needs.

Dressed with books from a diverse selection of genres such as fiction, non-fiction, Afrikaans books and a small section of reference resources including dictionaries and encyclopedias, our library offers the learner a wide selection of options from which to choose.

Adding to the books section is a magazine section, a computer laboratory with 26 laptop computers, and black and white as well as colour printers.

Students can also hang out at the chill corner with comfortable couches, chess games, solitaire and magazines such as Saltwater Girl, Zigzag and Sixty40.

For staff members the library offers a books section, a DVD section, an abstracts and cuttings collection and a poster division.
