Elkanah House invites applications for the following positions:
CULINARY MANAGER
This position entails the day-to-day management of culinary services, including the High School tuck shop, Schoolyard Market and Café, private events and preparing food for various events across all campuses.
Responsibilities include:
Food preparation
Management of staff
Running kitchen and back areas
Overseeing set up and clearing of catering events
Budget management
Developing bespoke menus for functions
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Experience as a caterer or chef
Good communication skills
Team player
People management skills
Highly organized, efficient and attentive to detail
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
This is fixed term contract position.
