The formulation and adoption of policy as well as the overall financial accountability for Elkanah House School of Creative Learning vests in the Board of Directors of Elkanah House.
Finance, facilities, and bursary sub-committees make recommendations to this Board of Directors before implementation. The Board of Directors are appointed by the shareholders and at least fifty percent of the Directors are parents of pupils enrolled at the school.
